This web site is focuses specifically on the beliefs of Hildegard of Bingen, a Benedictine nun who was later coined the Doctor of the Church.

We believe in making healthcare decisions based upon research and asking the right questions of your health care professional.

We believe that you are responsible for your own health. And, your health is more important than researching an idea on a web site, implementing it immediately into your life, without doing more research and ultimately, discussing with your healthcare professional.

Healthy Hildegard content is solely for informational and educational purposes, not medical advice. Do not use the information on this site to diagnose or treat any illness, disorder or other health problems. If you have developed a serious illness of some kind, the complexities of dealing with that disorder are best handled by researching them, educating yourself, drafting a list of questions, then visiting your physician or health care provider.
